Ivonne and Steph

Thanks for being persistent and not giving up when you encountered problems loading the show.

I will hand out a tutorial that shows you had to "subscribe" to Talking History via iTunes. This will make the process super easy to load content on to your MP3 players.

If you are interested in taking full advantage of the podcast technology stop in and visit the Digital Debates programs available through the Constitution Center in Philadelphia -

Of particular relevance to our current topic is Gordon Wood talking about his new book "Revolutionary Characters"

I really enjoyed the Thomas Paine podcast, it was very relaxing and also really helped me to learn more about Thomas Paine. I got a lot more out of listening to that then I would of got if you had given us a handout to read. I had no problems accessing the file and because I have road runner it did not take to long to download. I would be very interested in using podcasts as future content, I think so far it has been the best homework assignment we have had. One fact I found interesting about Thomas Paine was the fact that when he was coming up with all his ideas for America and writing his books he was not even in America he was in Europe.

Honestly I really didn't like it, although it had a lot of info in it, it was kind of boring.I had problems cause i also have dial-up and couldn't download it.I had to go to the library,i also couldn't get in on my flash drive because they shut down all usb ports in the library.I wouldn't mind future podcasts but is there anyway we could get a transcript or something. An interesting fact.....His father was a quaker, i guess thats kind of interesting
